1. General conditions

The transport and payment methods are detailed in the relevant sections and are to be considered an integral and essential part of this contract. The methods of processing personal data (privacy) are included in the relevant section and are also to be considered an integral part of this contract.

2. Purchase of the product and sales contract
To purchase a product, the customer must carry out the procedure explained on the site, adding the desired items to the "cart" and continuing with the steps of entering the billing and shipping data, selecting the payment method and confirming the order; all after having read the General Conditions of Sale and Privacy. By confirming the order, which has the value of a contractual proposal, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and that he fully accepts these transcribed General and Payment Conditions.
The contract between the customer and Pompei Cameos & Corals S.R.L. must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by the latter. This acceptance is communicated to the customer through an order confirmation email. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Pompei Cameos & Corals S.R.L. undertakes to promptly communicate to the customer. The prices on the site are to be understood as 22% VAT included.

3. Products

4. Methods and delivery times
The correct receipt of orders for purchase or booking is confirmed by Pompei Cameos & Corals S.R.L. by means of an email reply sent to the email address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the order number, the summary of the billing and shipping data, the list of products ordered, their price and the total amount.
The confirmation message proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
The delivery times of the ordered goods are purely indicative. No responsibility can be attributed to Pompei Cameos & Corals S.R.L. in case of delay in the order fulfillment or in the delivery of the goods ordered for reasons not attributable to the same.
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:
- that the item matches the one booked,
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, in any case, altered.
The cost of transport is automatically calculated for orders to be processed in the national and international market, but for some destinations (islands, etc.) higher rates may apply. In this eventuality, the Customer will be informed by e-mail and will be able to decide whether to accept the aforementioned increase or cancel the order.

6. Cancellation of the order
The Customer can cancel the entire order only by 08.00 on the working day following the sending of the order. For any controversy concerning these Conditions or the sale and purchase of products, the Court of Naples will have jurisdiction.
