Data acquisition purposes
3.1.2.1. Purpose: to manage the registration request of the user interested in using the area reserved for their purchases.

4.0 Data retention period
The data is processed for the entire duration of the recontact management by authorized and qualified personnel, as well as following express consent, used for commercial communications. The same will be kept for a variable time based on the purpose. From two to 5 years.

The processing of personal data is carried out in ways that minimize the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the data itself, of unauthorized access, of processing that is not permitted and does not comply with the purposes of the collection. 6.0 Obligation or right to provide data: As regards the data that we are obliged to know, in order to be able to receive and respond to the request, their failure to provide it makes it impossible to satisfy the request itself and the establishment of relationships, to the extent that such data is necessary for the execution of the same. Regarding the authorization to process data for other purposes listed under the entry form, it will be optional.
